Shipping Policy

We believe the unboxing experience is part of the luxury. Every Lunelle order is dispatched with intention.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — $8.95. Free on orders over $150.

Express Shipping (2–3 business days) — $18.95.

Overnight Shipping (next business day, order by 12pm EST) — $34.95.

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. P.O. Boxes are accepted for Standard Shipping only.

International Shipping

We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days for most destinations.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.

Lunelle Intimates is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

Packaging

Every Lunelle order is packaged with the care and discretion our pieces deserve. Your items arrive in elegant, unmarked packaging — perfect for gifting or for a private indulgence.

All packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable, in line with our commitment to conscious creation.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or full refund.
