Our Return Promise
We want you to love every Lunelle piece. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and hygiene liners intact.
Returns are processed as store credit or a full refund to your original payment method, at your preference.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original Lunelle packaging where possible.
For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, thongs, and brief-style underwear may only be returned if the protective hygiene liner has not been removed.
Sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
3. Pack your item(s) securely — we recommend using the original Lunelle packaging — and include your RMA number inside.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Lunelle error.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and indicate your preferred replacement item in your email.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue.
We will cover all return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly shipped items and will send a replacement or process a full refund as soon as possible.
International Returns
International customers are welcome to return items following the same process. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please mark the package as 'Returned Goods' on any customs forms to avoid additional charges.
